MY STRENGTHS

These are my top five strengths that I received from StrengthsQuest. Four of them fall into the relationship building category and one falls into the influencer category.

I like to look at the positive side of every situation. I am generally an upbeat person, excited about life, and a lot of times that transfers to people around me as well.

I have an easy time viewing the world from other people's perspectives. From a business perspective, this helps me understand what target markets want and why they may want it.

This strength proves to be crucial in fostering a positive group dynamic during team projects. I dislike conflict, so I try to resolve problems are soon as they occur.

I recognize and cultivate the potential in others. I spot the signs of each small improvement and derive satisfaction from these improvements.

I love meeting new people and maintaining positive relationships with them. I get satisfaction from breaking the ice and making a connection with another person.
